Add on - Follow Up Call/Consultation with Support Email is:

• Suitable to parents who have done the Baby/Toddler Eat Right Program and are looking for more guidance and support in the form of an audio or video call.

• Includes one audio/video call followed by 3 support emails valid upto 14 days from the Follow up consultation.

• Duration of one follow up consultation is upto 1 hour.

• Charges for the Add-on Follow up Calls is Rs. 3,000 per Video / Phone consultation upto 60 minutes/1 hour.

• If you think you will need a longer session please let us help you understand your options.
 • Email support is offered during office hours - 9am-6 am- except on weekends and public holidays.
 • Email support is restricted to one email response per day.
 • Response time is as quickly as possible or maximum within 24 hours.

Add on Support Email is suitable to parents who have completed the Baby/Toddler Eat Right Program and would like to continue to receive additional guidance or support towards their baby's eating habits.

This is especially useful when parents dont need to have a full on audio/video follow up consultation with me but still need advice and answers.

You can choose:
1 Support Email  - Rs 300
3 Support Emails valid for upto 10 days - Rs 750
7 Support Emails valid for upto  14 days- Rs. 1400

• Email support is offered during office hours - 9am-6 am- except on weekends and public holidays. 
 • Email support is restricted to one email response per day.
 • Response time is as quickly as possible or maximum within 24 hours.
 • In some situations email support may not be the right way to communicate and if so, a one on one follow up call may be needed and suggested to you. In such situations the charges paid for the balance unutilised emails will be transferred towards the follow up call.
